Hi lovelies, here Is my Orange fish fillet served with herb roasted pepper butternut. Feel free to share with your friends and also do let me know how it turns out.
Roasted Pepper butternut
2 medium size butternut peeled and cubed
2 red bell peppers cut into cubes
1 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Salt to taste
In a baking tray place the butternut cubes and red bell pepper cubes sprinkle the oregano salt and oil then roast in an oven for 30-45 minutes at 200 Degrees Celsius.
