Family beef stew

Hi awesome people, today I have perfected my favorite all time Beef stew family recipe. It’s an easy recipe, one that I grew up seeing my family cook. It's also simple to make and very delicious as well. The touch of Royco Mchuzi Mix and potatoes completes the stew. With the new Royco Mchuzi Mix, I achieved the thickness, color and rich flavors from the naturally blended ingredients in the mix. Please try out the recipe and do let me know what you think.
Beef stew recipe
1/2 kg T- bone steak cut into cubes (beef)
1/4 kg potatoes cut into quarters
2 medium size carrots diced
1 onion sliced
2-3 tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon tomato paste
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 tablespoon Beef Royco Mchuzi Mix
1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
1/4 tablespoon cumin

Hi Great people, here is my absolute Devine Meat Balls curry. I must say that I would always prepare this recipe with more than 6 different spices in my ingredients but when I learned about the amazing flavors incorporated in the Royco Mchuzi Mix, I decided to omit the usual spices that I used and added only one tablespoon of Royco. The outcome was fantastic I managed to get the flavor that I needed, I could taste the turmeric well and also managed to get an eye catching color in my final meal. Check out the recipe below. Paw Paw Beef Stew

Hi great people. I would love to share with you my Royco Mchuzi Mix experience. I used my favorite Pawpaw Beef Stew recipe! Did you know that Pawpaw is a perfect tenderizer to your beef? The fusion of my recipe and 1 tablespoon of Royco Mchuzi Mix made the dish heavenly. I managed to achieve the thickness that I needed and also the brilliant color not forgetting the mouthwatering flavors from the spices like Turmeric, Fennel, cummin and methee seeds among other interesting ingredients that are naturally incorporated in Royco Mchuzi Mix. Below is the recipe.

Chocolate Brownies

Hi lovely people here is my chocolate Brownies recipe easy and fun feel free to share with your friends....
Ingredients
250g Sugar
250g flour
20g cocoa powder
125g butter
3 eggs
150g dark chocolate
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 glass water or milk (as you wish)
Handful of mixed nuts crushed
Method
Preheat ovan to 180'c

1 1⁄2 Cups flour 1⁄4 cup oil
1⁄2 teaspoon salt 1 cup water

1⁄2 cup oil (for soaking dough) 6 eggs
6 filo Pastry (Manda)

1⁄2 kg mince meat
1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1⁄2 cup kotmiri or coriander chopped
salt to taste
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1 green chili
1⁄2 teaspoon garam masala

1 cup of firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 can of pineapple slices

1 3/4cups all purpose flour
6 Tbsp of ground almonds
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 3/4 cups of sugar
1 cup butter at room temperature
4 eggs
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup sour cream

Tuna Cutlets

Tuna cutlets

5 potatoes
2 cans tuna
1 carrot
½ capsicum
½ teaspoon garlic paste
salt to taste
lime juice
blackpepper
1 cup breadcrumbs
3 eggs
oil for frying

method

cut the potatoes and boil with salt until soft, strain water and mash them then set aside, grate carrots, chop the capsicum addin the tuna without the liquid.
